Ashkelon123.com was built by Ashkelon volunteers to highlight the wonderful attributes of Ashkelon and make the information accessible to everyone.
Ashkelon is one of those cities that has experienced explosive growth in the past decade. The growth comes from Hebrew speakers and to a minor degree, French speakers and Anglos. It has been off the beaten path for many olim, who often follow the herd and move to the more well known communities.
With the popularity of the train and the opening of the northern Ashkelon highway entrance, the city is even more accessible, which makes travel to other cities in the center extremely easy.
