Review for Anona
Anona is a very busy breakfast and lunch restaurant. It caters to vegans, vegetarians and has a gluten free selection as well. There’s a large range of breakfast dishes and also fish dishes as well as pasta. They have a very tasty creative menu. They have excellent gluten free rolls and a variety of wheat breads. They carry a selection of desserts and cakes too. Since the lockdowns they have closed at 4 pm and no longer serve evening meals which is a shame. There’s a great ambiance. Some people think they are a bit expensive for a dairy restaurant but the portions are big and the food is wholesome so you can definitely split a meal between two by choosing a starter and a main dish.
Pros
They can adjust the meal content to your requirements. You can arrange take away catering such as salads and sandwiches, cakes and quiches for a Friday that a wonderful for a kiddush or function. They used to deliver but that may have changed.
Cons
Sometimes you have to park further away, but there's no blue and white lines. It gets busy so it's good to book beforehand. Take away catering is not the cheapest.
